WE’RE ON THE ROAD TO NOVEMBER!!!
Mark came in first place in the August 3rd primary election, winning 27 of the 35 precincts in the judicial district. Thank you to everyone who voted and who supported the campaign in whatever way possible, through your prayers, well-wishes, generous donations, and countless volunteer hours.
You are an asset to this campaign and we are forever thankful.
Thank you for visiting the website to learn more about me, my family and my candidacy for the 67th District Court judicial position. I feel privileged to have the opportunity to run for such a prestigious office and to have the support and endorsement of such a large group of community leaders, local public officials, and of my colleagues in the legal community in doing so. Judge Richard L. Hughes is retiring this year. His successor has some big shoes to fill, but I am up to the challenge.
The District for which I am running includes the Cities of Burton and Davison, the Villages of Otisville and Goodrich, and the Townships of Richfield, Forest, Davison and Atlas. The Court itself is located in Burton. I hope you find this site not only informative, but helpful to you in making your decision to vote in the November 2nd general election. Thank you again for viewing. Sincerely, Mark W. Latchana

“It was my privilege to serve as your Judge of the 67th District Court, 2nd Division, for a period of twenty-two years. Mark Latchana is now a candidate for that Judgeship. I believe him to be a highly qualified and considerate individual, well learned in the law. He possesses the attributes of strength, dignity and compassion, so essential to a good Jurist. The times demand that we elect our very best. Place your “Mark” for Latchana on August 3rd.” Hon. Charles B. Mosier, 67th District Court Judge (Retired)
